Work on Zxyloo platform backend + frontend and build scalable, high-performance applications.

• Develop web applications and APIs
• Work with Node.js / Java / .NET / PHP (any stack)
• Database knowledge (MySQL / MongoDB)
• Frontend skills (HTML, CSS, JS, React is plus)
• Good debugging + deployment knowledge

Design clean and premium UI/UX for Zxyloo mobile apps and web dashboards with modern user-friendly layouts.

• Create mobile and web UI screens (Figma preferred)
• Build wireframes and user flows
• Improve customer experience and usability
• Work with developers for smooth implementation
• Basic design sense + creativity required

Handle customer queries and ensure smooth order support experience through calls, WhatsApp, and app support.

• Handle customer complaints and order issues
• Coordinate with delivery and restaurant partners
• Maintain professional communication
• Support refund and cancellation requests
• Basic English + Kannada/Telugu is a plus

Visit restaurants, explain Zxyloo platform benefits, and onboard new partners to expand Zxyloo network.

• Coordinate menu upload and pricing
• Support restaurant partner app setup

Manage delivery operations, riders, order flow, and ensure fast delivery performance across Bangalore.

• Handle delivery team coordination
• Resolve delivery delays and escalations
• Manage rider onboarding and training
• Track daily performance and productivity
• Strong management and problem-solving skills required

Run online campaigns and optimize Zxyloo growth through SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing.

Create engaging reels, videos, and promotional content to boost Zxyloo brand presence across social platforms.

Handle hiring, employee coordination, onboarding processes, and HR operations for Zxyloo team expansion.

• Recruitment for sales, support, developers, and delivery staff

Develop scalable backend services and APIs for Zxyloo platform with strong focus on performance and security.
