How can I become a partner with Zxyloo?
To become a partner with Zxyloo, you need to fill out our partner application form on our Partner App. Once submitted, our team will review your application and get in touch with you.
What are the mandatory documents needed to list my restaurant?
Copies of the following documents are mandatory:
  • FSSAI Licence OR FSSAI Acknowledgement
  • Pan Card
  • GSTIN Certificate
  • Cancelled Cheque OR Bank Passbook
  • Menu
I want to opt-out from Google Reserve

After I submit all documents, how long will it take for my restaurant to go live?
Once all required documents are submitted, it usually takes about 7-10 business days for your restaurant to go live.
What is the one-time onboarding fee? Do I have to pay for it while registering?
The one-time onboarding fee is applicable and will be communicated during the registration process. Payment details will be provided once your documents are reviewed.

Payments are processed weekly and transferred directly to your bank account. Ensure your banking details are updated for timely payouts.

Can I modify my order?
Orders can be modified before placing them. Once an order is placed, modifications are not allowed.

There is no minimum order amount at Zxyloo. Feel free to place an order of any value.

Delivery charges vary by location and may apply if the order value falls below a certain threshold. Some restaurants may also have fixed delivery fees.
What is the expected delivery time?
Delivery times depend on your location and conditions. You will see an estimated delivery time when selecting restaurants.
What are the delivery hours?
Delivery hours vary based on location and restaurant partner availability.
Can I order from any restaurant?
We deliver from restaurants available in your search results. Enable GPS to auto-detect your location for accurate delivery.
Can I place a single order from multiple restaurants?
We may limit ordering from multiple restaurants in one go depending on availability.
Do you accept bulk orders?
Bulk orders are subject to availability and may be limited to ensure timely service.
Can I place an order in advance?
Yes, Zxyloo supports both instant (on-demand) orders and advance scheduling. You can place an order now or schedule it for later.
Can I update my delivery address or contact number?
Major address changes are not possible after placing an order. Minor adjustments can be made by contacting the delivery executive or support.

Do you offer referral coupons?
We currently do not support referral schemes or referral coupons.
How can I deactivate my account?
