• Account Registration: Users must create an account to place orders. All information provided must be accurate and up-to-date.
• Order Fulfillment: Users must ensure that their order details are correct before finalizing the order.
• Payment: Users must provide valid payment information. Transactions are processed securely.
• Cancellation & Refunds: Users can cancel orders before confirmation. Refunds depend on Zxyloo refund policy.
• Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Prohibited Activities: Fraudulent or unlawful usage may result in suspension or termination.

• Contractual Agreement: Delivery Partners must sign a separate agreement with Zxyloo.
• Delivery Process: Partners must ensure timely and correct delivery of orders.
• Payment: Payments are processed based on delivery completion.
• Compliance: Delivery Partners must comply with local laws and safety standards.
• Insurance: Delivery Partners are responsible for their own insurance needs.

• Menu & Pricing: Partners must keep menu and pricing accurate and updated.
• Order Fulfillment: Orders must be prepared with quality and hygiene compliance.
• Payments: Payouts depend on completed orders and payment cycles.
• Liability: Partners are responsible for food quality and legal compliance.

All content, trademarks, UI designs, and intellectual property on the Zxyloo platform are owned by Zxyloo or its licensors. Unauthorized usage is prohibited.

Zxyloo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Payments are processed securely through authorized gateways. Users must provide valid payment details. Zxyloo is not responsible for third-party payment gateway failures.

Refunds are subject to Zxyloo refund policy. Refund timelines may vary based on the payment provider and banking process.

These Terms are governed under the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
